Is LabPrepX free?
Core calculators are free for all registered users. Advanced tools require a Pro or Institution plan.
How do I report a wrong calculation?
Email support@labprepx.com with 'Calculator Accuracy' in the subject. Include the tool name and the values you used.
Can my institution get access?
Yes! Email us with 'Institution Access Request' and your HOD or admin can set up a group account with role-based access.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest. We never sell or share your personal data.
